About this Campaign

WELCOME AND WHAT YOU SHOULD DO TODAY!!!!

I started this campaign by brainstorming one day how we need a symbol to unite us. Vaccine injured are everywhere and we need to stand up, stand out and be seen and heard in a way that can not be ridiculed. Now, I am sure people many still do this but together, we are making a difference and the more people who are brave the more difference we make.

The idea: To wear a pinwheel pin EVERYWHERE – mention it if someone seems to notice. A tiny reference is enough – you don’t have to say if you do or do not vaccinate. Simply say “I love someone who was hurt by vaccines. I encourage everyone to read the actual inserts, read about the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting system and learn about the National Vaccine Compensation Program. Sadly, injuries are very real and I just want everyone to be cautious with vaccinations.”

That’s it – if they say nothing they will think on it. They may ask you some questions. Be honest! Do not add-lib or make anything up as you go. If you don’t know an answer for sure say you don’t and say “that’s a good one to look into!” encourage them to find out. Be prepared to share your story. People want to know and they will be kind. If they say “well you can’t be SURE it was the vaccine” You can say “I guess you are right. I believe it is true though and after reading all the information I have, I don’t think the benefit of doing it anymore outweighs the risks even if it wasn’t the vaccine”

There you have it – seeds planted. Print out cards with your local/state vaccine choice groups names, websites you like, even an email where someone can contact you! Make your own just for this. Then you can help answer questions and share information. Never be afraid to say “I don’t know – I will investigate that” or be unwilling to read their pro vax things. All information is good information!

NOW: WHAT TO DO STEP BY STEP:

Wear Your Pins – make / order some. More about this in the “supplies” category.

PINWHEELS – find solid yellow pinwheels or make some and put them in your yard, on a wreath on your door, strung across a balcony – get creative! Just make sure they are pinwheels and they stand out! We prefer 4 point ones but any you can find work!

SIGN: Very important!!!! “This Pinwheel Garden is in honor of all the millions who have been VACCINE INJURED” I have examples of signs and downloads available for those who join our Facebook group or you can contact me by email to have pdf files sent to you for printing

I am in the process of setting up a Cafe Press Store so you may oder signs, cards, plain buttons etc. Please look at the “tutorial” section for a how-to on creating your own pinwheel garnished pin.

INFO SPREAD: I will make available pdf’s for you to print and distribute. Our main objective is to remind people to think about their decisions regarding vaccines and ALL health choices.

If you have a business or know of one that would like to distribute pins or flyers please let me know and I can help you with that.

Below is why I picked those colors and a radio interview I did talking about the movement.

WHY I DECIDED ON YELLOW AND BLACK.

With such a passionate message with people being all across the page on their vaccine feelings, I wanted to use a non-threatening color. Yellow symbolism: Yellow. The ribbon for vaccine awareness is black with a white stripe (I use the one with the white stripes on the edges). Black is a symbol of mourning.

Yellow ribbons were historically used to symbolize loyalty to one who was away – usually serving in the military. Seeing as our vaccine injured “took one for the team” they like to say – they are our unsung heroes – our soldiers. They may be gone from this world or simply, gone from the life they should have had. Maybe they are autistic or severely disabled and unable to communicate with us – gone in some ways and we are loyal and miss them, love them – they deserve medals of honor.

More on yellow:

¨ Yellow is the color of sunshine. It’s associated with joy, happiness, intellect, and energy.

¨ Yellow produces a warming effect, arouses cheerfulness, stimulates mental activity, and generates muscle energy.

¨ Bright, pure yellow is an attention getter that’s why taxicabs are painted this color.

¨ When overused, yellow may have a disturbing influence; it is known that babies cry more in yellow rooms. (like vaccines make babies cry!)

¨ Yellow is seen before other colors when placed against black; this combination is often used to issue a warning. (why the black!)

¨ In heraldry, yellow indicates honor and loyalty. Later the meaning of yellow was connected with cowardice. (IDK about you but I am certainly afraid of losing my rights~!)

¨ Use yellow to evoke pleasant, cheerful feelings.

¨ Yellow is very effective for attracting attention, so use it to highlight the most important elements of your design.

¨ Yellow is an unstable and spontaneous color, so avoid using yellow if you want to suggest stability and safety. (obviously vaccines are not stable or safe so yay there)

YELLOW FLOWERS: Yellow flowers represent friendship and filial love. Yellow flowers represent trust, compassion, and respect. Yellow flowers, with their soft radiance, also communicate sympathy. These gentle flowers show your warmth and compassion and renew ties of friendship, even during difficult times.

A black eyed susan symbolizes justice!

Yellow Ribbons have historically been displayed to show support for a missing loved one. I feel when a person is vaccine injured they are missing from us because of their injury and disability or even from their death. A black ribbon with a white stripe is the awareness ribbon for vaccine injury. This can be used with the pinwheel as well.

WHY 4 POINTS for our logo and preferable pinwheel? a four point star has been a symbol of health and good fortune, is associated with the cross (hmmm greater good sacrifice?) It also symbolizes tenacity and doing what is right beyond all costs.

-A four-pointed star is usually styled to resemble a cross and is used as the “star of Bethlehem” or “natal star.” The cross shape reminds us both of Jesus’ birth and the purpose for which He was born. Or if you don’t believe in Jesus no bigger – just historical.

-The four-pointed star could be used to memorialize someone or something that deserved all the trust they received throughout life, or it could be used to describe the redeeming qualities you offer the world, such as honesty and integrity.

-meaning of 4 point star tattoos: you are very determined soul that love to make their own decisions and follow through until the bitter end. Whether obsessive or simply tenacious, these people have true grit and that grit is immortalized in ink on their skin through a four-pointed star.

YELLOW MEANS CAUTION – which is what I hope to make everyone have when it comes to vaccination and with that I believe people will understand that there MUST be freedom of choice.

I hope that explains why I did this in this way and what the meaning behind each part of this is.

AND – one more reason to use these colors: http://www.canaryparty.org – AND http://therefusers.com

Our black centers can be associated with the black ribbon with white pinstripe which is the Vaccine Injury Awareness ribbon
